Whiskey is fermented the same way as beer. So what happens when you distill a craft beer? The answer is simple, all those floral and citrus hop notes get captured in a delicious rye whiskey. Bonfire Spirit is our brews-to-booze collaboration with Portland’s legendary Sebago Brewing Company.

At the moment we have 375ml bottles of Bonfire Spirit for sale in our retail shop and available to taste and in cocktails behind the bar. In the coming weeks, we expect to have a fresh keg of Sebago Bonfire Rye on draft. Come enjoy this special and totally unique Portland Maine spirit.
