Saxual Revolution, Careless Whyspers Galaxy Tripel. Our winter haus bier brewed for Novare Res Bier Café, a big tripel brewed with 150 lbs of house made candy sugar, hopped with Galaxy. Aged one year in a gin barrel with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis.
