This beer was not barrel aged or fermented with Brett, it is our interpretation of a classic Belgian-style Quad, the biggest and strongest of the Trappist beers. It has strong notes of caramel, burnt sugar, dark fruits, and hints of chocolate, with a surprisingly dry finish for it’s 10% abv.
