21 Nov 2022 Holiday Cocktail Recipe with Vena’s Fizz House
The holiday season is often synonymous with cocktails. Not only are cocktails served at your holiday parties, but many people would gladly take any opportunity to sip a festive holiday cocktail after all the frantic baking, gift shopping, and travel that occurs this time of year. Lucky for us, our friends at Vena’s Fizz House makes it super easy to enjoy a holiday cocktail with their collection of Spirit Sippers. Simply add your favorite spirit and steep for 2-3 days, strain and sip over ice. Here at Liquid Riot we distill 11 craft spirits, all of which would go well in their Spirit Sippers.
This Thanksgiving to save on time we are preparing batched cocktails. Simple, yet delicious it’s a great way to serve a crowd and fast. The Cran Cherry Spirit Sipper is the perfect flavor to pair with your Turkey Day line up. They suggest adding Vodka or Rum. In our case we are opting for our Vodka. See cocktail recipe below.
Single Serving Cocktail
- 2 oz. of Infused Spirit Sipper
- .5 oz. simple syrup
- 1 oz. citrus
- 2 dashes of bitters
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a glass. Serve with ice, spritz with seltzer, and garnish with a cinnamon stick and single cranberry.
Batch Cocktail (6-8 Drinks)
- 16oz Infused Spirit Sipper
- 4oz simple syrup
- 6-8 oz. citrus
- 6-8 dashes bitters
Add ingredients to a pitcher and stir with ice. Pour into glasses. Serve with ice, spritz with seltzer, and garnish with a cinnamon stick and single cranberry.
