21 Mar 2022 Liquid Riot at Sopo Seafood
Located just across the water from us in South Portland is Sopo Seafood, a fish market and raw bar. We recently partnered with them to celebrate the launch of Slurp Madness, a two week event focused on supporting 12 wonderful Maine Oyster Farms. We joined them at their raw bar this past weekend and poured samples of our newest beer releases and had our Monovision: Pacific Sunrise and Renaissance Red Ale on draft. Plus they featured our Old Port Bourbon in a special cocktail. It’s so special to us to be able to be so involved in our local community. For us, we value the missions behind the restaurants and bars that carry us just as much as we appreciate them carrying Liquid Riot. 
Sopo Seafood is no exception. They offer a wide selection of locally harvested and caught seafood, from Maine crab, lobster, haddock, and bluefin tuna. What’s even more special than their assortment is how much they want to see Maine’s overall seafood industry thrive. They work directly with small mussel and oyster farms to lobstermen and ground fishermen to bring delicious sustainable products to market.
