The cocktail you look forward to once a year is here: Eggnog. At Liquid Riot, we serve “Haus Eggnog”, our rendition of the holiday classic. Traditional recipes often call for bourbon, but this eggnog recipe allows rum to shine as the base spirit.

Haus Eggnog Recipe

Ingredients:

6 Eggs

8oz Milk

12oz Cream

225g Sugar

2oz Pusser’s Rum

5oz Liquid Riot Dow’s Demise Dark Rum

Directions:

Start by mixing the eggs in a blender. Spin until light and fluffy. Slowly add sugar to the eggs as they spin. Let the blender run until the mixture is super fluffy. Add the remaining liquid ingredients slowly to the mixture.

Yield: 2 quarts
