Cuvée de Don

11% abv, 500ml

Made in honor of Don Michaud, affectionately known as “The Don” to some. This Quad was barrel aged for 18 months with multiple Brettanomyces strains, and during the end of this aging Maine grown raspberries were added. Tart raspberry flavor melds with caramel, chocolate, and dark fruits with an underlying funk presence, supported by strong oak character. Deep and complex, this beer is meant for fireside sipping!
