Modern vodka is often used as a clean base from which bartenders build their cocktails, something they can grab out of the well to start their creations. Ours is made from an organic NGS (Neutral Grain Spirit) base which is produced a more efficient facility. We pass it through our tiny, still to make it even more clean. We then filter it and finish it in house to provide a smooth, local alternative to the mass produced versions. Our bartenders reach into the well to grab this vodka, and we hope you do the same.
