Everyone knows Jim Gaffigan, right? You know, Mr. Universe, The Jim Gaffigan Show, Colonel Sanders, Beyond the Pale — Yeah…THAT guy. Well we love his comedy, all of it, especially his famous “Hot Pockets” jokes. To celebrate and honor Jim’s arrival in Portland, Maine for the July 14 performance at Cross Insurance Arena (learn more), we we asked our very own Chef Nicholas Krunkkala to create the Maine Lobster “Hot Pocket.” In case you missed it, Nick’s the Maine Lobster Claw Down Champ. No joke, this guy knows how to cook lobster. Also we ordered a batch of tickets to Jim’s July 14, Portland, Maine show to share with our customers. Here’s the lobster “hot pocket” deal —
