You know what pairs well with beer and yummy cocktails? Cheese. Then again most things pair well with cheese. Our favorite new sandwich shop down the street Cheese Louise sells the most incredible grilled cheese sandwiches and they now carry both our beer and spirits. To celebrate their new bar program we are partnering with them on a 5-course dinner.
Join us May 4th starting at 6PM at Cheese Louise for an exclusive Cheese Louise x Liquid Riot Tasting Night. The dinner will include a 5-course meal paired with our Liquid Riot beer and spirits featured in yummy cocktails!
Tasting Menu:
1st course: Charcuterie Board – Paired with Liquid Riot’s LRV, a lambic style beer
2nd course: Parsnip and leek soup garnished with roasted asparagus and crispy bacon – Paired with Nama, a Japanese style lager
3rd course: Crostini Trio: a tarragon lobster salad, a bruschetta, and one with beets and goat cheese finished with microgreens and a balsamic drizzle – paired with a Cheese Louise Rum Punch using Liquid Riot’s Dow’s Demise Dark Rum
4th course: Fresh mozzarella fill arancini with housemade marinara – paired with a Big Kid Lemonade with Liquid Riot’s Well…Vodka
5th course: Chocolate torte cake with raspberry coulis and maple whipped cream – paired with Liquid Riot’s Fernet Michaud, a digestif
