Here at Liquid Riot we love food almost as much as we love beer. You can imagine then how much we love a good food and beer pairing. At the very top of our list this Winter is our Irish Goodbye stout served specially at Eventide Oyster Co. paired with their famous Brown Butter Lobster Roll. Eventide is arguably one of the most popular restaurants in Portland and they serve an incredible list of seafood items, in which Maine is so well-known for.
Winter is often synonymous with stouts as far as popular beer styles goes. Our Irish Goodbye is an Irish-style dry Stout served on nitro and made with Irish malt and Maine barley & hops. It’s a perfectly balanced dark beer you’ll want to reach for during these colder months, but is light enough to be enjoyed year round as well.
