A collaboration with Oxbow Brewing Company. The vintage Cognac puncheon barrel aged Timelapse will be available in bottles and on draft for winter solstice!
This massively rich ale is double mashed using only Maine Malthouse floor malted barley, boiled overnight for 12 hours for natural wort caramelization, and finished with hops from our pals The Hopyard, then open fermented for traditional technique and flavor.
