The Toronto is a spirit-forward Fernet-laced drink. The drink originated from David A. Embury’s 1948 book The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks. Our version of the drink below features our Oat Whiskey and Fernet Michaud.
Toronto Recipe
- 1.75 oz Old Port Oat Whiskey
- .25 Fernet Michaud
- .25 Maine maple syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice. Pour in a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with an Orange swath.
