16 Feb 2023 Introducing liquid riot’s new kid-friendly food menu
Starting this month we are now offering a kid-friendly food menu here at Liquid Riot. For so long we’ve had a drink menu that had something for everyone to enjoy – from beer, spirit, and craft cocktails for people 21+ to yummy mocktails, fresh squeezed juices, and handcrafted sodas. Now we have a food menu that caters to people of all ages as well.
Liquid Riot offers the best kid’s food menu in Portland for just $7! Families have always been welcome at Liquid Riot since we are not only a brewery and distillery, but also a full service restaurant. Our food program focuses on seasonal ingredients and we source local as much as possible. For instance, our hand cut french fries are made from Green Thumb Maine potatoes.
In addition to a food menu that caters to kiddos, our casual waterfront setting is also comfortable for the whole family. Between delicious sips and yummy bites you are welcome to play on our shuffle board.

We are Maine’s first Resto-Brewery & Distillery located on Portland’s waterfront in the Old Port since 2013. Why the name “Liquid Riot?” We were deeply inspired by the strength and spirit of our American forebears who in 1855 fought for their right to drink what and when they wanted in Chicago’s Lager Beer Riot and Portland’s own Rum Riot. At our core, we believe first and foremost that everyone has a right to drink what they so choose and that everyone is welcome through our doors. We put all the passion and energy of past riots into our own liquids; bottled, canned or on tap, made locally for your enjoyment.
